Travelled 3 Hours to buy a CHR here as the price was too good not too. I did think it may be too good to be true but I honestly could not fault Dermot and the Staff. A few days after buying the car I reported a tiny issue. I had David on the phone in no time and issue was solved. I relayed that I couldn't connect to Apple Car play, I got a call from another man who talked me through the whole set up. I did find this garage to be extremely busy as they have a large amount of stock, Everyone from reception, sales and maintenance were so fantastic to me even though all so busy. Straight talking, No nonsense and true to their word. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely terrible service would not recommend , empty promises , very let down , have a good think about the people you want to deal with before making the big decision of buying a car , (would do no stars if possible)

I have been Dealing with Dermott Hughs Garage for many many years , when I worked for Grosvenor services mid lands region Dermott looked after our vans and cars in my region . And if we ever had to leave a car or van in we got replacement so we never were off the road could deliver to our clients . I have never had a complaint with the service his staff are very efficient and helpful it’s a lovely Garage to visit . It’s very busy but you always get 100% service. And also a cup of Tea and a biscuit. Now retired I still deal with Dermott and the team Dermott is a very straightforward talker who is very fair and honest to deal with . I can certainly recommend this garage to anyone 100%

I could not recommend Dermot Hughes Cars and in particular David Loughlin highly enough. Having looked all over Galway for the car I wanted, I had very little luck, and decided to extend my search to nearby counties even though I was apprehensive about doing so. I need not have worried. Having expressed an interest in a car online I got a call from David who offered to drive the car to my home town of Athenry for me to look at. He explained that there would be no pressure and was true to his word. When I met David I had a test drive and he answered any questions I had. He seemed interested in selling the car to me (which seems obvious but I met other car sales people who didn't seem to care either way) but at the same time was not pushy. David was also fair in the price he was willing to give me for my trade in. He came across as someone who loves his job and wants to ensure his customers are genuinely happy with their purchase. I can honestly say that David has gone above and beyond to make sure every thing was perfect with the car I bought, from first viewing the car to the admin & finance side of things, to finally delivering the car to my home and making sure I was au fait with the technology in the car. I am very happy to recommend David to anyone buying/trading in a car and wouldn't hesitate to go back to David when I'm next looking to upgrade. Thanks a million David for everything 🙏
