In general my experience was good. The Receptionist was friendly. I stayed in the foyer while waiting for the car, received tea and biscuits there. No problem! Within 2 and a half hours the car was ready. The problem for me arose with the amount of the bill. I had no problem with the amount for the various needed parts but the amount for Labour was 312euro which I feel was excessive. I complained at the reception but was told that was the price dictated by Toyota. Because of that I'll be certainly looking at a different location for my next service. Too much is being asked by you for a normal service and that puts me off returning!

I dealt with Mark to buy my new car. He took time to talk though the new features and improved performance since I bought my last hybrid. He was very easy to deal with and very professional. I am really happy with the car, very smooth drive, love the new features and thanks for the goodie bags in the boot!

Dropped my car in for a service at 9am. Very polite and efficient , Miguel rang at 12 to say my car was ready for collection. Loved the video and my car was cleaned and hoovered. Highly recommend this 4 star service Adrienne Ward

Since I buy my car I have problems with this garage with over charge on the price, wrong parts, wrong registration, scratches all around the paint and more. Now after one year my car was ready for the first service 15000km, thinking is only oil change and the normal service I booked to complete the required service, my car arrives with no problem whatsoever and I have to return four times as the call me and say “ the technician forgot to secure the panel “ at my arrival they take the car and come back saying “ he forgot but was secure so is not problem” After I left the light for Adblue tour on and a message says is not Adblue needs to fill, so I doble check my invoice and I was charged for 13.50 lts of Adblue so I call the garage asking if they genuinely as this, so I decide to return again to the garage the Answer was “ the technician forgot to connect the sensor” with this situation I have to cancel all my appointments return home and go under the car for my surprise it was Ad blue all the engine and oil leaking I returned to the garage for the third time, I ask to speak with the manager and go under the lift to check what was the problem they come and says “ you are not believe this, the oil filter has a leak” I say for sure I don’t believe you, I so my car at the lift and I said it was Adblue leaking they didn’t clean as the manual says And was evidently they don’t care. After 30 minutes waiting they bring my car telling me all done, but Surprised the car still with oil and Adblue on the engine they never clean or try to fix the problem properly. The pictures are on the garage and they returned on the same condition. Not even responded the email I send as the manager is a lawyer I believe that means something anyway stay away from this people
