I purchased a car from this dealership in December 2024, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Upon handover, the check engine light was on, the car was in limp mode, and a headlight wasn’t working. I was told it would “sort itself out” on the drive home. Within 48 hours, I had to return the car, and despite promises of a quick fix, it was kept for a week with no resolution—no replacement car was offered despite my high-risk pregnancy. After New Year, I left the car with them again. When I got it back, they had seriously damaged the front bumper, breaking several clips. Instead of admitting their mistake, they secretly delivered the car to a separate location at night to avoid confrontation. When I asked about the bumper, they admitted the damage and promised to fix it—yet the original headlight issue was still unresolved, and now the media screen had also stopped working. Weeks later, they asked to keep the car for 24–48 hours to fix the headlight. Two weeks later, the issue was only partially resolved, but now: The bumper was further cracked. The other headlight started malfunctioning. The headlight they "fixed" was damaged during installation, and they applied glue all around the housing to hide their poor workmanship. A mudguard was ripped from the bodywork and reattached with a zip tie—right in front of me. The radio was still not fixed. To make matters worse, I received five different waiting times for a new bumper from five different employees—ranging from two weeks to 10–11 weeks due to “factory protests in France.” As of March 2, 2025, the car is unfit for its NCTS test, and I have formally requested a refund following legal advice. Emails are ignored, and they prefer informal, non-binding communication to avoid accountability. This dealership has been completely dishonest, careless, and incompetent. I strongly advise against buying from them.
