The after-sales service is lamentable and inefficient. They are non-compliant and lack a word of faith. The inspections are extremely poorly carried out. I will not buy any vehicle from these disastrous people again. They are truly inept in the workshop area, mechanics and customer service personnel in the workshop. Lamentable and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM All these problems have been with a Fiat 500. I cannot imagine anyone with a more expensive vehicle.

Waiting two weeks for a refund on a part that ended up being cheaper than expected. They also gave me the wrong part, and it didn't come in the day they said it would so had to drive up twice. Didn't ask me to put in my card so I guess the refund will never happen. Wasn't worth driving up a 3rd time so claimed it back through my credit card.

Ger and his colleagues are just the best people to deal with, whether it’s trading a car or a routine service. They go above and beyond the expected level of service. Would highly recommend this business to anyone. PS i absolutely love my car that I purchased a while back.
