This is my 3rd consecutive car purchase from Daltons, During that time they have also completed all of my maintenance and repair work, Tadgh, George and the rest of the crew are welcoming, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't honestly see myself going anywhere else. Cheers lads.

Absolutely hate writing this and if Dave had been working it would not have happened. Long story short I've been recommending these guys for year's from Boards.ie, Facebook etc and have been using them myself... Phoned up looking for DSG oil change price and spoke to George himself who said it would be under 200 quid. Arrived anyway to be greeted by Ray the absolute pxx, a big change from Dave.... Took them from 9am until 3pm to do the job along with Air Con diagnostic which was also overpriced. Got the bill and 240 for the DSG change, questioned Ray and he didn't want to hear about George's price, in fact he was such a horrible pxx. Phoned Dave a few weeks later when I cooled down as I had a 5.5 hour round trip to be fcuked around by George and he confirmed the price I was charged. Moral of the story talk to Dave he is a absolute Gentleman but Ray and George not so much. I think George was miffed as I done a 5.5 hour trip to look at a Q8 and didn't buy it so maybe he thought i was wasting his time also. Anyway lesson learned not even an apology from George after all the year's from recommendations.
