Very Happy with my purchase, although Im a bit late to give a feed back as its almost a year since I bought the car. Touch wood never had any issues with the car and customer service is beyond amazing. As a sales rep myself I appreciate the great work of your team! Gary has been very helpful and supportive throughout.The spec on the 3 series still amazes me nearly a year later!

I can only leave 5 stars but if there were 10/20 it still wouldn't reflect my experience of dealing with Nial, Eimear and all at Cunningham Autos. Niall is a pure gent of a business man and has went above and beyond to accommodate me, but I have had my 2 favourite ever cars from Cunningham Autos. Thank you all so much for all the help and guidance Niall, I will never buy a car anywhere else again. Eimear you an asset to the company and brilliant at your job 👏

Really disappointed it took 5 days to swap out a normal 12V car battery. Weather and holidays (2 weeks after new year) were the excuse given. For a company that specialises in batteries, swapping a normal car battery (just the little normal car one) is completely unacceptable. They also refused to cover the additional car rental expenses. BYD comes with roadside assistance that covered the first three days of the car rental, but I am out of pocket for the other two days. BYD's approach appears to be "so what" which is shocking, especially as they're trying to build the brand in a new market. I tried to contact their customer service and just get run around to call local dealer, roadside assistance, another line that just recommended to call BYD customer service. I love the BYD Atto3 as a car and it's a cute fun car to drive. But, if it takes 5 full days for a simple swap, this makes me think really poor of the company. It worries me what would happen if the car needed a bigger repair - how long would an actual repair take?

Can’t recommend the team at Cunningham Auto enough. They have looked after my BMW 420d since I purchased it, and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Ciara is always amazing with helping me, and Patrick has looked after me when my car has needed repairs (with very fair prices)! Gary is also always a please to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 👍🏻
