We booked our VW ID.4 into Connolly’s for a full service on our electric car. Just six days later, my wife experienced a flat tyre due to dangerously worn tyres. We would have expected the tyres to be inspected and replaced if necessary as part of the service. Breaking down on the side of the road with two young children (ages 1 and 2) was not just an inconvenience—it was completely unacceptable. We trusted Connolly’s to ensure the safety of our vehicle, and this oversight was both frustrating and disappointing.

I have been dealing with many dealers in Ireland but I actually must point my attention to VW Connolly’s Sligo. Just finished my purchase a week ago. The attitude towards me as a customer their responses are so quick and really helpful. I was dealing with Kevin and he is just the best I can’t expect more better service and attention!
