We booked our VW ID.4 into Connolly’s for a full service on our electric car. Just six days later, my wife experienced a flat tyre due to dangerously worn tyres. We would have expected the tyres to be inspected and replaced if necessary as part of the service. Breaking down on the side of the road with two young children (ages 1 and 2) was not just an inconvenience—it was completely unacceptable. We trusted Connolly’s to ensure the safety of our vehicle, and this oversight was both frustrating and disappointing.

Just purchased my second car from Connollys Sligo. On both occasions I had the pleasure of dealing with Ciaran. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received. From his courteous manner to his amazing patience, which I tested to the absolute limit with my numerous questions, 5 stars just isn't enough to award this guy! I absolutely love my new automatic Taigo R line which is a special 75 edition (75th birthday of Volkswagen in Ireland) with lots of extra features thrown in.
