Recently bought a car from Thomas in VW Ballina. The customer service I received from Thomas was exceptional. He was very informative and anything that required verification he ensured was done before advising otherwise. He was very friendly and welcoming as well as extremely professional with a down to earth personality. The after care I have also received thus far has been very helpful. I would be very happy to repurchase from Connolly's and would recommend Thomas as a sales executive to family and Friends.

Just bought my 'new' Volkswagen Caddy van from Colin and Gary at the van sales room Ballina. A sincere thanks extended to them for making the whole experience stress free. Need to be very careful buying second hand vehicles from Connolly's. I bought my first car from them, first time buyer I have no experience what to look for when buying a second hand car, I trust this dealer ship, When receiving asked the sales person if there is any scratch on the car on not but I do not check my self. Sales person say No scratch. Actually there is a scratch at the front bumper. I notice it later but as I do not noticed it before they do not do anything about it. Paying extra money to buy a car from dealer ship, think big business they wont do anything wrong but no. So do your checks before buying anything from them. The warranty wont make any difference. Better buy used cars from done deal. At list it will be cheaper.
