Not usually used to write reviews unless it is worth the credit. I have absolutely enjoyed buying a car from Audi Ballina. The car was used, yet I got a very good price for it that's matching the market value. My agent Eibhlìn, a sales executive at Connolly's was extremely helpful and prompt through all the process from start to end, I had a lot of questions since it was my first car in Ireland, and she was always there with the simplified answers. Bad experience never bring the car fore service anymore on this garage, after the service I done I have to go again in garage to get fixed the car as the technician left all the pipes open the car couldn’t move in the middle off the road

During the process of buying a 2019 A6 I was assured several times the car had a full-service history and Audi had also completed a 110 point check. Before closing the deal I requested a written copy of the service record and I was then informed it did not exist, the car did not have a service record of any description. I am amazed that Audi would sell a 2019 car without a full-service history and that a vehicle can pass the Audi 110 Point Check without having one. If buying from this garage request a copy of the service history before wasting your time test driving the car etc. Buyer beware!

A very good experience initially, then when asked where the second key was for the car I was told 2 times of when I'd get it but alas nothing about it as of yet and no reply to my latest query as of yet. The poor communication and lack of follow through on promises has ruined my initial experience.
