This morning, my wife took our car in for an EGR cooler recall to the Galway branch. The customer service experience there was exceptional.  In particular, Leah and Niall were very professional and courteous to her. It is all too common to experience average, or poor customer service and we, the customer can be quick to complain.  But in this case today, it was very positive and engaging. So, well done!

Our experience at Colm Quinn BMW Galway, Tuam Rd. Was exceptional the customer service was top tier and they gave us all the information we needed. We were helped by Andrew who helped us with everything he has great communication skills and knowledge. I definitely recommend when you guys are in there to try find him. Overall great experience there and an amazing time.

I’m very happy to say that I am delighted with my purchase from Colm Quinn’s BMW in Galway. I was trading in my own car to buy an X3 that I saw on the site.
