Contacted the dealership and spoke with Robert about my twisted seatbelt and told me to come down and ask for him and they will sort it. Took it in and Robert and the guy were so friendly and sorted it in a few minutes. So helpful and friendly. So grateful, thank you so much.

Very poor service at best, have tried 3 times to get repairs done on my 2009 X5 and no joy,. The last time I left my jeep with them from Friday lunch time till Monday lunch time they did not even bother to look at it, time before that they did not know either and I had to pay over €200. Don't mind paying for something at all but when you get nothing it gets frustrating- and then to have my keys just handed to me at reception and no follow up-very poor. Defo wont be going back their and when I rang BMW main office to complain they would not take they complaint.

I would personally like to thank Kevin and Trish for their excellent customer service. I'm absolutely delighted with my M4 purchase (a dream car!). These BMW staff are respectful, professional, well spoken and very accommodating and open to negotiation. I've had a terrible experience in the past with a main dealer which still leaves me with a bitter taste, but Colm Quinn BMW was a slow recovery to my overall impression and trust in main dealers. Without going into specifics, I was amazed at how honest and open they were in communicating as well as providing the best overall customer experience. They even delivered my car to me in Dublin! The last thing I will say is they have honesty and integrity. Thank you for the sale which I couldn't say no to! You have a loyal customer here and if I ever want to trade or buy a new BMW, you can guarantee it will only be from Colm Quinn Galway!! Well done.

Tried numerous times to get our BMW X3 booked in for a service here. I called twice myself and expected a call back from the service team. Prior to my calls another family member called and emailed a couple of weeks before hand. Still haven't heard anything back from Colm Quinn, Galway. I suppose our X3 is not brand new and isn't a priority to staff here. If you want a BMW serviced I would recommend Martin Reilly authorised BMW garage in Sligo. Very easy to deal with and will call you back when they say they will.
