It was nice to have a replacement car during the repairs and getting maintenance advice from the team. Always treated first class from when booking in to picking up the car. Lovely reception/admin staff.

Dealing with Dacia Head Office and needed a report /quote for work on our vehicle. New to Thurles and this was not our usual garage dealership but thought we would try them as have driven Renault and Dacia in the past. Our First mistake. They Promised & gave their word several times, over the phone and face to face, to provide quote for work involved. This would have helped us, but they did not do so after several weeks of asking and leaving us dangling. We trusted then to do so- our second mistake. Disappointing to say the least ! Would have preferred if they had said no straight away rather than keep us dangling and hanging on for weeks. Inconvenient and lacking. From this experience, unfortunately, we could not recommend this dealership. Went to a much more obliging and considerate garage who helped us with our needs. As a multi vehicle household we only deal with garages who we find helpful and trustworthy. Negative experience.
