I went into the shop to look at buying a used car. There was no one else there (unsurprisingly). The receptionist completely ignored me and continued to type and look away even though it was obvious I was waiting for her attention. Eventually I said excuse me to get her attention but she bizarrely continued to type completely ignoring me without any acknowledgement. A very bizarre experience and shocking customer service.

I was there to rent the Europcar. ie, and if you need to do that, please ask Rebecca. She's kindness, friendly person and empathise with the customer. So if you need to rent a car, call her and ask her to help you.

Carried out work on a service without asking (added two new tyres and wipers that weren't needed) - would never use again. If you must use this company be clear from the start what you want done otherwise you may get nasty surprise when you see the bill.

THE Receptionist in this business clearly doesn't like her job no customer service what so ever taking my business elsewhere

Website clearly states a towing service to their own garage or a garage of your choice or to your home. My partner called 5 mins ago and got told to ring the garage he wanted it to be brought to and when he pointed out it says on website that ye provide a towing service to any garage or home and she laughed at him and said how would he expect them to tow his vechile to a garage of his choice and not their gararge that was reduculous..... appalling service we are disgusted and your website needs to be changed as its misleading. also you receptionists needs some manners...
