Bought a 2019 Nissan Micra from them in November 2022 and after some time the check engine light kept comming on. I brought it in, they fixed it then it came back on. Each time after that they would just turn the light off. I brought it to a Mechanic who scanned the car and said it was the CAT converter and that when it was scanned by car city they would have seen this also.. brought it in more than 3 times and they just turned it off knowing there was an issue. Asked them to permanently fix it last month and they told me the car is out of warranty (despite having a number of messages in my phone with dates and times telling them about the problem) not willing to offer a compromise or solution to help. Car cost over €12,000. Won't be dealing with them again.
