I recently took delivery of BYD Seal U DM i from BYD waterford. They are very customer friendly and proactive. Joe and Erti was very friendly and accommodating. Apart from the couple of weeks dealy in the arrival of stock in Ireland (delay due to storm) whole process were smooth. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the attention and knowledge of the car that the young salesman expressed. Mr. Ferrari was able to demonstrate the safety features and the many driver assist features the car has as standard. It has so many that I had to return some days later for further instruction which was given with great patience. The car itself has surpassed my expectation .

He is young but had full knowledge about BYD, honest, friendly, and look after the whole process from start to finish.
