This is a car dealership that offers the highest level of personable service in our experience. Try to get ignored here and you will fail :) Great people, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Annual servicing is a breeze and they even fixed a small dent for free once. Highly recommended!

I called them to top up engine oil in my Peugeot 3008. The guy asked me, "You bought this car from ours?", "This car is not in our list?" (Don't know they would take care only cars bought from them). Our Peugeot dealer stopped their business, that's why I tried to move to the next Peugeot dealer near us. Then, the guy told, no technician available for the next two weeks even if just to top-up the engine oil!. Then, I went to the next dealer in Finglas. They topped up the engine oil straight away. 2 min job!

I booked an appointment to fixed my Air Condition on 17.05.24, I told them clearly air Condition is not working need to be fixed or filled up something I don’t know much as I am not a Car mechanic, they charged me €240. I realized after a month Car Air condition wasn’t even fixed, when I look at the Receipt it mentioned Air Condition Diagnostics and they charged me €240, I think it’s little bit too much, I think they didn’t even look properly what was the issue. Sorry to say I am not going back again…

Don't waste your money and precious time with them. They are just looters. They neither value the hard earned money, nor anyone's time. Worst worst worst!!!! Specifics: Charged around 1100 Euros for a small Peugeot 2016 Model and assured that it will pass NCT by going per their recommendations, but it didn't. Further asked 500 Euros to tentatively try to fix the issue but did not assure. Because they do not have expertise to do it. Now ask every now and then to drop the car and let's have a look, then don't respond on phone. When you reach the workshop, they say its not ready come tomorrow and wheel keeps rolling. They are the worst Car service company I have ever experienced. One +star for manager Dara for his good behaviour of showing his courtesy for issue, but unfortunately, this didn't fix anything. Everything else is a 0 star here.

Got a recall letter from Honda, my vehicle has airbags that are dysfunctional. I went to the appointment, Bright motors were assigned to proceed with the change. They did not have the correct model for one of the 2 airbags, they changed one and told me they would be in touch for the second. After 2 months with no news I called and explained the situation, they said they would call me back soon. And again. And again... So now it's around a year later and I'm still driving around with a dysfunctional airbag and there is no end in sight to it. Lawyer says they would be liable if severe consequences happen in an accident but I'd rather be alive to be honest.
