Just picked up my new Tucson from Damian and the team at Bright Hyundai in Airside. Great value and spec. First class professional service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This is my second Hyundai. I’m sure that I’ll be back again. Highly recommend the experience. Don’t hesitate to call them, you won’t regret it.
This is my 2nd car to buy from hyundai and the first since the they switched to the bright dealership, the staff do their best, always smiling and polite but that friendly feeling is gone, just to be clear they are not rude but you get a feeling like your bothering them, especially when I ring, I had a couple of issues with the new car and to say I haven't been happy with the service or the response I got is a understatement. everyone is always happy driving away in their new car its the after sale service that most important to people, maybe its just me but time will tell..
Bought a new car from Bright Hyundai Swords last year. I was sent a reminder about my service recently. Over 40 years buying cars and I find the staff here so pleasant and professional, actually the best I have ever experienced. I got a very good deal on my trade in also. The service was carried out promptly and got my car returned well washed, like a new car. I could'nt recommend Hyundai, Swords highly enough.
I had bought my brand new Hyundai bayon in airside 2024 and it was due its first service. I simply made my booking through email and was given a reply the next day as to what date and time that I could choose . From leaving the car in and to picking it up it all went very smoothly from a warm welcome to getting a phone call saying everything was good to a very reasonable price so a bonus in my eyes. I also got a video of the health check on my car as well so I would highly recommend bright Hyundai airside motor park and will continue to do business with them in future
I was delighted with the service I received in Airside by Dillon. I was looking for a very particular order in terms of my car purchase. Due to a disability I have specific needs that narrow down what car I can buy. Dillon went out of his way to help me without any guarantee I would actually buy a car from him. I have bought many many cars over 40 years of driving and to be honest the level of service I have often received in car showrooms has left a lot to be desired. As a woman and one with a disability I have not often been treated as a serious customer. It was so very different with Dillon (Fetherson). From the moment he met with me he went out of his way to do what he could for me and to make calls to others to iron out any issues of concern. Even when it was obvious that the car I needed was not available he still made himself available to give advice. Now that is service. Not just plamasing! I would highly recommend Dillon in Hyundai Airside to any of my friends and family looking for a car. Someone like him redeems my faith in car salespeople. Siobhán Twomey
