I was intending on buying a new car, so I headed to Bright Ford Rialto after work on Friday just before 6pm. I was met at the door by Brendan Daly, who was ever so accommodating even though Bright Ford close at 6pm! Brendan was unrushed and went through prices and extra's packages with me. We settled on a Model and price that evening as I was trading in my old car. The next Morning on a Saturday! Received a check up call within 5 days of purchase to follw up, and check everything was going well with the car and to help answer any outstanding questions. Customer service from first point of contact to collecting the car was straight forward and seamless. Definitely recommend.
