I had my Ford Focus serviced at Bright Ford in Bray last week. I am happy with the service but would like to point our two errors on the diagnostic report I received. I am not sure if I can trust Ford to give me an accurate report. Spark plugs are good (my car has a diesel engine); Wiper blades need to be replaced (I fitted new wiper blades one month ago). These errors leave me with an uneasy feeling. Is the rest of the report correct? What other errors are there?

My van needed urgent repairs which was detected during the service. Unfortunately, I was informed that they are currently down to just one mechanic. It could be done in two months! While I appreciate the remaining mechanic's dedication, relying on a single person raises concerns about overall efficiency and potential delays for future customers.
