Picked up my 2022 plate Fiesta MHEV Auto from Bright Ford Airside yesterday (Friday, September 6, 2024) and the process, from start to finish, was stress free. Dave, Paulina and Geraldo were a pleasure to deal with and extremely accomodating around my work schedule with regards to signing documents and picking up the car. The car itself is an absolute dream -- Although it's a 22 plate, it felt brand new. It was impeccably presented, which was what initially caught my eye. Definitely the best choice for me! Great service from start to finish from all the staff. I made an appointment after calling the Bright Ford Airside in Dublin. When I arrived the day after Gary had a car ready for a test drive and knew all the answers to my questions. Weeks later when I came to collect my new Ford Gary was there to talk me through everything. It was a very nice and pleasant experience. My car is much better than expected. I highly recommend Bright Ford Airside to anyone who wants good service and a quality car.
Rude, dismissive, and incompetent. Getting a service at a main dealer is a great way to keep your car's resale prospects as high as possible. Which is why I stomached their ridiculous prices for the last two annual services. Except not at Bright Ford, because they won't even bother to waste their time recording the service in the 'DSR', or dealer service history. So your car, to anyone outside of Bright Ford, looks as though its service history is non existent. Great for when it comes time to sell. They'll tell you to look on the website. It's not there. So they tell you to look in the app. It's not there either. They'll fob you off when you call. When you go in for next year's service, the manager will rudely and dismissively tell you he can't add the data as they service was more than 6 months ago. As if that's the customer's problem. Well, it is because his staff didn't bother their hole to do it when the service was paid for. Obviously car dealers aren't interested in anyone unless they're about to buy a brand new car, and service customers are just an inconvenience, but generally they'll at least try to hide that fact. Not here, where you can expect to be treated exactly like the unwanted waste of their time you are. For my next Ford I'll be looking elsewhere and I urge you to do the same.
I couldn't be happier with the entire process with Bright Ford Motors Airside, the service I received from Damien and his team was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and communicated everything clearly and effectively. Throughout the whole process, I felt well-informed and valued as a customer. Every question I had was answered promptly and with a smile. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I went here for service parts on my Ford custom ecoblue. They have a lot of transit vans parts in stock, which was what I wanted (I did not have time to wait for parts to be delivered from autodoc germany, over 2 weeks' wait time).
