John is a very polite and attentive person, and I am extremely satisfied with his service. Since this was my first car, after-sales support was very important to me, and he exceeded my expectations. For any future car needs, John will definitely be the first person I contact.

Bought a bmw here back in may and from the very first month of having the car I started having issues with it over a couple of months they were good to take the car back to check it about 3 times had to drive up to Carlow from Limerick to drop the car to them but never actually fixed the issue and engine light keeps coming back on to this day. I finally got the car checked elsewhere as after driving the car all the way to Carlow the issue was never sorted and I was told the car needs a new chain and alternator, car also was not serviced like I was told it was. I have contacted the dealership but received no answer. Very disappointed after paying 16,500€ and now not even being able to use the car until I have the money to sort it out.
