Bought a 18month old Skoda from this dealer and the car had chocolate stains on seat & glove box, wipers totally worn… so much for multipoint check 🙁 I collected it on a Saturday and only one staff member there who couldn’t do anything and I’d a long journey ahead so I couldn’t wait around for it to be resolved.

Disappointing. I had booked my car in here for a major service and was told it would include a full valet. When I received the car back at the end of the day, nothing had be cleaned what so ever, neither on the inside or outside. I’d expect a lot more from an official Skoda authorised dealer. And especially after paying out €295.
