You have lost 2 stars for after sales as I felt once you got your money I felt forgotten about. Sales and after sales is all about creating valuable customers that will return again and again. I personally because I’m in Business I had to shout and make threats of legal action to get looked after. Not a pleasant experience. Will I return for another sale that’s very debatable. On the other hand Fiona and Alan in Maintenance couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding and always looked after me. You need to create a process so when you sell the car to someone you should be introduced to the after sales team who will be there to look after you from then should the need arise. Guys you need to get your act together and create an atmosphere and relationship with all customers make us feel you want returning sales again and again.

Have been dealing with Brady's for a few years now and have always been well looked after. Staff are very pleasant and easy to deal with. A good professional dealership! I recently had a problem with the Ad Blue system and though they were very busy, they took the car in and had it sorted in an hour!! Thank you to Fiona and her Service team!!
