Absolutely disgraceful to deal with. Bought a BMW M sport, within 3 weeks the air conditioning broke so I contacted them and they refused to fix it, saying it wasn't up to them. Then the DPF filter went and several other things broke within 2 months of buying the car. Again when I contacted Colm he said it wasn't his responsibility to fix it, unfortunately it wasn't covered under the warranty and I didn't have the time to wait to bring them to court. So had to get it fixed myself. Absolute cow boys, so unprofessional unhelpful and arrogant. Only nice when taking your money In answer to your post Colm, you must be confusing me with someone else. I bought the car a few months ago, 8 months to be precise. Exactly 3 weeks from when I purchased the car the air-conditioning broke. I spoke to you and you wouldn't even entertain me, if that was any other garage they would of fixed it for the sake of €50. It was nothing to do with me parking on a kerb...the air con is not located at the front of the bumper. You're actually lying and the review I'm posting again was because the 1st review I posted was taken down or deleted

Fantastic service at BC Autos. Great fleet of fab cars! Called up about a 2016 BMW 520 and spoke to Brent. He was so helpful from day one. I went to Kildare two days later, Brent kindly picked me up at Kildare village. I test drove the car and drove away in it that evening! Delighted with it, its such a stunning car and has received so many compliments already! It was in showroom condition! The guys here are great to deal with and very professional. Brent and Colm are great to deal with at BC Autos. Found my car online, excellent communication over the phone. Called up to view the car and completed the purchase quickly and efficiently. Got a fair price for my trade in which couldn't be matched by any of the main dealers. Good set up, will recommend to others.

I'm giving the guys here at BC Autos 5 stars, because that's what they honestly deserve, I went for a test drive in a car on Friday, and I picked it up today: 16/10/19. Before picking it up the car was put through a fresh service and a fresh Nct. The level of service was excellent, and Brent is a gentleman. Very approachable, and keeps to his word. I'd definitely recommend buying a car from here. You'll be well looked after.
