Philip was lovely , although I went in explaining difficulties I had previously with my first car at another dealership, Philip was very empathetic and understanding and dumbfounded at how they treated me but ironically now that’s what auto class have done, I bought a lovely Mercedes that I love and since I got it , after a month , tail light wiring went , which tripped other wiring. I just thought id be getting my next car with them but family members have also had issues with cars after purchasing from auto class and once it’s out of a 3 month / 3,000km warrenty they have no desire to give you the time of day which is extremely disheartening. I even asked if something could be worked out as i obviously didn’t do that to the car I only had it a month when the issue happened. Working in the same industry, we always try to help out customers where we can, I received no help what so ever . Very upsetting seeing how customers are treated after sales .

Had a great experience with Autoclass and would trust to do business with them again. Got a series 4 back in september. Philip and the whole team were great from day 1 and ensured car was delivered with top standard and quality.
