Had a great experience at Joe Duffy Audi in North Dublin. We visited to buy a second-hand Audi and were impressed with their wide range of options. The best part was that they can source inventory from across the country if you find something you like, which really expands the choices available. The service was smooth and professional, and the staff were helpful throughout. Overall, a very good experience!

Do not recommend for servicing. Brought my car for a service, supposed to be 1 day, they broke a part during the service and said they would need a week to wait for the part. Gave me back the car with a list of things that would need attention almost immediately (all costing a fortune) went to another Audi garage who confirmed there was no issues with the various things they had listed. Bizarre way to operate seem to just be money grabbing hoping people will be naïve enough to pay. Very rude woman working the service desk also, in desperate need of customer service training!
Chloe from the services team has been fantastic, although my car had to go back into the garage due to the problem not being fixed & many problems other were found & took weeks to fix Chloe was kept me up to date and was really brilliant to deal with.
Very bad customer service. I went to change the timing belt. During booking nobody mentioned the time of appointment. I went there at 10am, the staff member Chloe told me that they cannot finish it today. I am coming from cavan. A long distance. Her face was very angry looking and she was not even looking at me. I arranged my duty, child minding to come here. Now they cannot repair it. The manager came and he apologised. A very good man to talk with. But I am annoyed with the attitude of Chloe. I think Audi should give some training to the.staff before letting them to deal with the customers.
