Had a great experience at Joe Duffy Audi in North Dublin. We visited to buy a second-hand Audi and were impressed with their wide range of options. The best part was that they can source inventory from across the country if you find something you like, which really expands the choices available. The service was smooth and professional, and the staff were helpful throughout. Overall, a very good experience!

Extremely disappointed with Audi service arrangements. The heating switch will not work in my Audi Q4 Enron and as a result the temperature is set at low and no heating is available in the car or for windows. Called into the service department today to see if there might be a quick fix but no one was interested. Was offered a diagnostic appointment over 2 months away but told likely I will then have to make another appointment to get it fixed. They suggested I might go to another Audi garage in Naas to see if they can do this earlier. I bought my car from Audi North and am very disappointed that they are unable to provide what I consider is a basic service arrangement. Makes me want to reconsider buying another Audi if that’s the best they can do

Chloe from the services team has been fantastic, although my car had to go back into the garage due to the problem not being fixed & many problems other were found & took weeks to fix Chloe was kept me up to date and was really brilliant to deal with.

Lovely staff and very helpful with queries by phone or email and even nicer in person to deal with . Any spare parts I've ordered have been spot on without any issues . Keep up the good work Darren and Chloe . Thanks again
