I was so disappointed with the service I received here. I went to Audi thinking I could trust them. Everything went wrong from the get go. The car was advertised as having reversing sensors. When I got home I discovered it did not and the car had been falsely advertised. When I called I was told that it wouldn’t be too expensive to have it done myself. He tried to sell it to me as a good thing that it wouldn’t cost me too much! They reluctantly agreed to install them as I bought the car due to the fact that it had those sensors. I had to take time off work to bring the car in and was left sitting there for hours. They would have left me there all day had I not asked what the cooling off period was. The manager then, and only then, came and offered me a courtesy car. I got a flat tyre yesterday and when I went to fix it, there was no spare tyre. There was a tyre repair kit but half of it was missing. They didn’t even have the bolt that fit the screws to take the tyre off. I ended up having to call roadside assistance. That is so basic. You sell a car, you check that everything is there. That’s the reason I went directly to Audi rather than buying from someone else. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and go somewhere else
