Good service only problem was wouldn't let me pay for part's the telephone with my credit card have to sort that out because I had to drive over a 100 km just to pay in person then another 100 km to pick up the part'

Last year my wife and I purchased an Audi A3 from another dealer. This year when it was time for the annual insurance our insurance company demanded that we get proof that the A3 has an Immobiliser fitted. I called in Audi Limerick show room and informed them of my insurance company’s demand, where upon they informed me that they would have to change me 195.00 plus vat for such information. Where up I Left. I then went back to the dealer who we purchased the said Audi (Kearys) Limerick and the where so professional . With in five minutes the got the information free of charge. We had planned to purchase a new Audio for Audi Limerick and we have changed our minds. Too many companies to day are very short sighted. Slapping on stuff just for the sake of it has never worked for the customers perspective. Audi Limerick has lost out on a sale of 36.grand, because of 195.00 bux .

Had an exceptional service here and just collected our new car today. Darren was a real pleasure to deal with. He genuinely cared for us to ensure that he got us the best deal to match our needs. All other staff were very friendly and made the whole experience totally exceptional. Highly recommended!

FURTHER UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. I WOULD BE WAITING TO.HEAR FROM THEIR SALES TEAM. PRIOR TO.THIS REVIEW BEEN WRITTEN I HAD RECEIVED A MISSED CALL FROM LIMERICK AUDI. WHY? I TEXTED THE SALES TEAM ON TWO OCCASIONS AS I DIDNT KNOW WHO CALLED AND I GOT NEITHER A REPLY NOR A CALL BACK. AM I ANNOYED , ABSOLUTELY. YOU PUT YOUR FAITH AND YOUR MONEY INTO A VEHICLE AND IN 5 MONTHS THEY SAY 11600 GONE AND BYE BYE. BUY ELSEWHERE. I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL APRIL TO BUY AN ETRON FROM ANOTHER AUDI FRANCHISE BUT 3.8K EURO DIFFERENCE IN TRADE VALUE. SHOP ELSEWHERE. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY HERE 😡 Bought an Audi A3 1.5tfsi petrol from this garage on 3rd August 2024. Paid 42600 euro for it, has a sunroof. Went back in January 2025 was going to take a leap and purchase a Q4 Etron which was 56900. My car had 1400kms and their trade in value was 31k euro. That's 11600 euro the car lost in 5 months and furthermore they left me off to deal elsewhere. So much for looking after their customers. So much for Audi keeping its value. They were all about you when buying but when they don't want your car, they don't want your car. It may seem trivial to some, however so much for supporting local. 🤔
