Purchased a used A3 here for nearly 20 grand, very bad experience, they gave me a bad car with faulty engine, broken turbo, to the point service centre told me it was not safe to drive. They handed me a car without doing basic checks if the car was at least safe to drive. Out of roughly 2 months I owned that car, more than half the time it was in the workshop for repairs, I never received a clear explanation or a clear list of repairs that were being done for a month. I had to get a refund after a very long waiting time. Don’t buy this car.

Fantastic dealership. Dropped my A3 in for a service the other week. Dealt with a gent called Declan. He scheduled me in quickly and it was clear he listened to some concerns I had about a knocking sound I had in the suspension as he had the mechanics there and ready to test drive the car with me to pin point the issue. The price was reasonable and the communication good. No hidden extras. Car was good to go and nice and clean when I came for it later in the day. I would say this was even better an experience than I get when I get my Hyundai serviced and they’re pretty good.
