I had an issue with a rear light cassette, so I went to get a replacement second hand in a dismantlers. It was not available and I was advised not to buy online as there is no guarantees or possibility of a refund if it didn't work. So we brought our little Q3 to Audi and I am so glad we did. We met with Norma, the manager of the service department, she was very pleasant to deal with, and straight, no fluff. The part had to be ordered, which meant the car was not safe to drive. We were offered a courtesy car but had already arranged transport. Thanks for your help @ Audi Tralee, we will be back.

I recently bought an Audi A4 from Chloe in Audi Kerry. Chloe was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional but friendly and helpful.
