Terry and Robertas are class acts. This is an excellent dealership selling the highest quality cars. I purchased an Audi Q3 2015 with fantastic miles and very well cared for. Terry made sure to give great service and a fantastic vehicle for my family. I came all the way up from Cork City, and if I’m to purchase a second car for my spouse down the road I know where I’ll be coming back to. Apex motors has my business. Thanks again.

I contacted Apex Motors on a Wednesday night to view a 2019 E Class Coupe and was able to view the next day. On arrival the car was washed, valeted and had two new tyres just put on. I met Robertas who showed me around the car and let me take it for a test drive. The car was perfect and had the exact spec I was looking for. I was able to do a deal with Robertas and picked up the car the next day and drove it home. From the first second of arriving at the garage Robertas was professional and not at all pushy. I would absolutely buy from this garage again and would reccomend anyone looking to purchase a car from here that they will get the right customer service and the right price.

Feew years back i bought a renault Twingo here, forgot to review. The Car was almost new, 30k km and cheap. The saller was trustworthy with me and all the info about the car. After 3 years sold the car and never had a peoblem. Thanks!

Bought a 2015 Renault Clio. A week after having the car, the electrics on the car went. Sent it back to Robert and Terry. After a few days I rang asking for an update, they had no update and tried to blame me for jump starting the car. After a week there was still no update on the car, and told me I couldn’t get a refund for the car even though I had the short term right to cancel purchase as the fault occurred within 30 days of purchase. Eventually after about 2 weeks we got the car back. When I asked for a report on what was fixed via text message neither Terry nor Robert had the decency to reply. I sent the car to my local mechanic and I was informed that the break pads were in urgent need of repair, the a/c compressor is completely rusted and there’s an issue with the exhaust back box. Considering we were told that a mechanic was checking over the car before we bought it, it is hard to believe these issues weren’t evident then and should have been repaired before purchase. Would not recommend this garage to anyone. Their customer service was incredibly disappointing and the quality of car I bought was substandard and will require a significant input of my own money to repair. Response to owners response: Hi Terry, Thank you for your response, but unfortunately our review was very necessary. We are unsure on the relevance of my girlfriend purchasing the car as this review was posted on behalf of both of us, but if you’d like, perhaps she could also post a review? We believe the review is accurate and fully justified as when an issue occurs within a week of purchase and when communication between seller and customer lacks quality information, customers tend to be displeased. You are correct that you informed us that communication was lost in the car however you could not inform us of the reasoning for this. We requested on two occasions a written report on the work that was done to fix the issue from your expert, as our own mechanic wanted this report to check over the issue. This is a very standard request and so we were disappointed and confused by your lack of response. This in our opinion is the definition of poor customer service. Additionally, our mechanic informed us that the break pads and the exhaust box are in urgent need of repair, he was confused as to how your mechanics missed this prior to the sale of the car. We have been quoted 500 euro to fix the issues that were clearly present in the car prior to purchase. Once again, we believe it is quite justified for us to be displeased with having to pay 500 euro to repair issues in a car we purchased less than 2 months ago. It is disappointing that you as a business owner struggle to understand our frustrations and displeasure and I think your response perhaps highlights the issues in your ability to provide good quality customer service. You comment on how you fixed the communication issue in the car free of cost, however this is something you were required to do by law. We are confused as to why you felt the need to share this information here, but I suppose well done for doing your legal duty. If you would like to demonstrate good quality customer service, perhaps you could fix the issues with the break pads free of cost? I think that would show potential customers you really do care about them. I hope your customer service improves in the future and wish other customers better luck. Kind regards, Sean.
