I purchased a used car from Al Hayes Motors. The team could not have been nicer and more helpful. Their service and communication was excellent and even when I called back in with a minor issue after the purchase they treated me professionally, respectful and arranged an appointment within 48 hours. Can only recommend. It was refreshing to be treated like a human being in contrast to other services I encountered.

I do not recommend buying a used car off Al Hayes Motors. My 17 year old bought his first car here , which wasnt cheap. The car is 3 and a half months old has a serious fault and no one wants to know. A lady hung up on my husband, very unprofessional. Recently bought a kodiaq from Damien in Al Hayes motors Ennis and would highly recommend. Customer service is amazing here all the staff are so nice and friendly. Damien goes above and beyond and is so helpful with the whole process. Would definitely come back for another car. The coffee is nice too and thats always a bonus 🤣

Ronan the Sales Manager looked after us very well. He gave us some great options and went through everything in detail. There was no comparison with price amongst all the other local dealers. The car arrived and was delivered when he said it would be, early in fact. Certainly a company I would do business with again.
