A list of penalty point offences and costs in Ireland for 2017

In Ireland, certain driving offences can result in the driver recieving penalty points on their license. Some common examples include speeding, not wearing a seatbelt and holding a mobile phone while driving out on the road. Penalty point offences are recorded on a driver’s license if they are convicted of a driving offence such as the below which attracts penalty points.
