You've not told us the year, so, with that mileage, we're assuming it's the post-2015 model. There are also loads of different versions of the 2.0 TDI engine, though we expect that the same oil spec is advised throughout. The big thing to check for is if your Caddy has a diesel particulate filter (DPF).

For versions on a long life service schedule and with a DPF, use SAE 5W-30, but the oil must also be marked 'VW 507.00' as that's a low ash oil to protect the DPF.

Without DPF, and on a standard service, the van can use SAE 5W-30, SAE 5W-40 or SAE 10W-40. The Volkswagen spec is VW 505.01.
