What's up with my Insignia?
Hi, Opel insignia 2.0 diesel cdti shut off while driving and engine wasnt starting no crank. Then it started couple of seconds and died again. It is kind of lock up when started. Any ideas what locks or shuts off the engine? Thanking you

Hi Levan,
It's very difficult to assess such an issue from afar, but the first-generation Insignia 2.0 CDTi's engine was known to develop an issue with part of its inlet manifold internals breaking up. It usually causes power loss and rough running, but it may be your issue as well, especially if pieces have made their way into the cylinders. Best bet is to get a good mechanic to have a look at the car.
