Usually there's a chart on the inside of the door frame on either the driver's or front passenger's door, and sometimes it's in the back of the fuel flap. It'll be in the owner's manual as well.

In case you can't see it, here are the figures:

16-inch wheels: Unladen: 2.2 bar front and rear. Laden (i.e. more than just a driver and front-seat passenger): 2.7 bar front, 2.8 bar rear.

18/19-inch wheels: Unladen: 2.4 bar front and rear. Laden (i.e. more than just a driver and front-seat passenger): 2.7 bar front, 2.8 bar rear.
