Assuming you mean the Citroen trim level, then we don't believe it stands for anything - it is just a trim level, one level down from the VTS. Some say that VTR means Versione Très Rapide ('very fast version', in French), but as the badge was applied to all kinds of Citroens, many of them not very fast, then we reckon that's an urban myth...
