Only you can judge whether the car is worth that money to you, but the price seems about right for the information you've provided. Make sure you drive the car and inspect it and look for a detailed service history, especially in terms of oil and filter changes. The timing belt should have been done at 150,000km as well. 

I'd also advise you to test drive several examples of the same car with different sellers so you get a good feel for which one is a good one.
