It's not a single price. Oddly, it reverts to the old by-engine-size system, even for new vans. The cheapest would be €299 for a van with a 1,001-1,100cc engine (almost non-existent, I know), a 1,901-2,000cc engine means €710 a year for example, while the most expensive is any van with an engine of 3,001cc or more, costing €1,809 per annum. There are lots of other engine-size bands between those.
