How many digits in a Japanese VIN?
Im buying a Japanese imported car on line. RD1 -1203406 is the vin. I was told all Japanese cars have a 10 digit vin.

Japanese cars usually have a chassis/frame number and not a VIN. Nonetheless, the number can contain anything from nine to twelve digits.
