Considering a Mitsubishi Outlander 2.3 4x4 Diesel and wondering if suitable to pull a double horse box
Hi John,
Tricky – the maximum towing weight of any diesel Outlander is 2,000kg. If your two horses and the horsebox trailer, all combined, weigh less than that, then you’re fine; but if you’ve got big horses, or the trailer is an older, larger, heavier unit, then you might want to look at a stronger towing vehicle.
