Chain or belt on my Volvo V40?
Hi can u tell me is there a timing belt or chair. On a 2013 1.6 Volvo v40 and if so when has it to be changed

You've not mentioned whether it's petrol or diesel. The D2 diesel's engine has a timing belt that must be changed at least every 140,000km or 10 years (whichever comes first), while the 1.6 petrol (T2/T3/T4) engine's belt must be changed every 180,000km or 10 years.
