Can we sell a car without an NCT?
My dad passed away and we want to sell his car as part of probate. Thing is it has no nct since 2022 . But it’s a good car Hyundai 120 with low mileage 2018. Can we sell it or do we have to get NCT . Thanks Anita

You can sell a car without a current NCT, though it can't be driven on the road unless you're on the way to an NCT appointment and you're likely to get less money for it without the NCT.
