Belt or chain in my Qashqai?
Hi, its related to my j11 nissan qashqai 1.3 DIG-T N MOTION 2021, I'm curious to know if my car has a timing belt or chain? Engine code is HR13DDT. Also would you know if the thermostat was a problem for this year? Registration number PJ21 XKK Thank you ?

That engine has a timing chain.
We've not heard of any thermostat issues for that engine specifically, no, but thermostats in general fail randomly so don't read anything into that.
