Belt or chain in a 1.6 diesel Qashqai?
Hi , Just wondering about the 2012 1.6 Diesel Nissan Qashqai , Does this have a timing chain or belt ? And How often should thus be changed? Thanks.

If it's definitely the 1.6 diesel - and not the 1.5 - then it has a timing chain. Usually, these are designed for the life of the engine, but Nissan recommends changing it once the car has done over 300,000km.
